Breastfeeding is a big of a discouraging topic for me. I was soooo convinced that I was going to breastfeed my little boy, that I did not realize he was losing weight and was likely dehidrated. He ended up losing a pound and a half before we finally were told to suppliment with a bottle. Now I am pregnant with number two and not sure if I should even attempt to breastfeed again. The guilt from letting my little boy be hungry is horrible! Wow, that is a great picture! Breastfeeding is a big of a discouraging topic for me. I had a donor in place through my clinic, I thought it was odd there was nothing to sign about rights, etc., but went along with it. I asked the dr.'s office up front what happens if something goes wrong and the donor messes up (call it premonition, I guess). They said, don't worry, it won't, they are in touch with the donor daily. Well, my donor botched her cycle and it had to be cancelled. I am frustrated beyond belief as I am out that money now for the meds, dr.'s appts. lab tests. I also happen to have a very slow to respond dr. so when the donor called her in a panic re: her med dosage they did not return her call until 24 hours later. The dr. does not take any responsibility for this even though the donor was under her care. I am trying to raise funds to try one last time and feel the need to have an agreement in place as I am less that trusting this go around on several fronts. What can I do in this sitch? Do I have any rights? I am hoping a donor agreement has verbiage about this type of scenario, plus parental rights, etc. Thx so much! The new birth certificate does "look" identical to the first birth certificate which has the surrogate's name listed as the birth mother. However, the new birth certificate will have a little, itsy-bitsy-almost-too-small-to-see reference to the section of the Public Health Law pursuant to which you obtained the new birth certificate. Unless you have a magnifying glass and are intimately familiar with the New York Public Health Law you aren't going to know or wonder why its there. Liz I am clarifying one statement I made above. I thought it was heather graham but I'm not 100 percent sure!!. I do know she plays on miss conception & baby on board & blessed also. But I happen to see those arent the movies I was thinking about! But its about a woman feeling if she doesn't get pregnant real soon that she may miss her chance that her feeling her clock is ticking. Her boyfriend or husband I can't remember over that as well. But he doesnt want kids. So this woman sneaks to give herself fertility shots as she does odd jobs on the side I believe! One of the jobs she is dressed up wearing a suit advertising at a food place! I think it was a elephant suit. & her friend trying to support her! At one point it shows her in the bathroom fighting with this suit giving herself a shot. She receives annoying bill collector phone calls & she gets aggravated because she is ovaling this bill collecter doesnt get off the phone to a point she threateneds him. At the end of the movie she steals her husband or boyfriends sperm from a condom because he wants to make sure she knows he doesnt want a baby! She happens to place the sperm in a paper sack in a container. She ends up being arrested falling to the ground fighting with the cops her trying to keep from loosing the sperm on the ground. They end up showing pictures of them having a baby at the end. & the cops are in the photos also. Its a really cute movie. But I just dont remember the name of it. Or the actress.
