Under New York’s Child Parent Security Act, embryo donation agreements are essential documents and constitute clear and convincing proof that the recipient intended parent is a parent of any children conceived from the embryo donation and the embryo donor parent is not a parent of the donor conceived children, such that a court may enter a Judgment of Parentage in favor of the recipient intended parent(s) and terminating any parental rights an embryo donor could be deemed to have.
