What’s Wrong With This Picture (or video)?

I was re-visiting Chelsea Lately’s hysterical You Tube video on egg donation when I came across this one. I laughed at most of it, but honestly can’t tell whether it’s meant to be serious (in which case, how many things did you find wrong with the video — we can have a contest!) or a joke.
